3.  Net2Phone CommCenter^SM PC2Phone Software - Make calls from your PC anywhere in the world.  U.S. rates as low as 2 cents a minute.  Rates outside the U.S. as low as 4 cents a minute.  Free software download.  This service works within the U.S. and outside the U.S.  Minimum purchase amount of $25 required.
